Regional Sales Manager

Responsible for the development and management for the New England sales territory promoting solutions of Smart Technology into the aging market. The territory is defined as assisted living, continuous care and retirement communities in the 6 New England states.
Sales person is expected to attend and represent the company at trade shows and home shows through the territory and sell at the facility level. Sales person should be familiar with selling systems into the consumer user market. Person should have the ability to create ROI scenarios and feel comfortable presenting to the executive leadership teams at assisted living, continuous care and retirement communities.

o Provide customers with information, such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, credit, funding options, incentives, or tax rebates.
o Gather information from prospective customers to identify their smart home needs.
o Provide technical information about networks, Wi-Fi capability, systems, equipment, and services to potential customers or dealers.
o Calculate potential resources or array production for a site considering issues such as health, security, energy, and convenience.
o Generate customer leads to develop new accounts.
o Take quote requests or orders from dealers or customers.
o Assess sites to determine suitability for equipment.
o Prepare or review detailed design drawings, specifications, or lists related to installations.
o Develop marketing or strategic plans for sales territories in cooperation with marketing.
o Create customized smart home management packages to satisfy customer needs.
o Demonstrate use of and related equipment to customers or dealers.
